Siyoung Kim

Siyoung Kim is involved with simulation studies of biological systems. Siyoung earned a Ph.D. in molecular engineering from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in chemical and biomolecular engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. As a graduate student in Gregory Voth’s group, Siyoung studied the physical and chemical properties of lipid droplets and protein-lipid interactions using all-atom and coarse-grained simulations. In his free time, Siyoung enjoys hiking and taking photos and videos.
