Registration to Obtain Molecular Dynamics Trajectories

D. E. Shaw Research provides the research community with access to trajectory datasets from long-timescale molecular dynamics simulations after we have finished analyzing them and published the results. These datasets are available, without cost, for non-commercial use.

To obtain trajectory datasets for non-commercial use, please email Trajectories@DEShawResearch.com. You'll be given information needed to fill out the registration form that appears below. After submitting the registration form, you will be taken to a page from which you can download selected trajectories described in the following publication:
