HiMach is a parallel analysis framework that allows users to write trajectory analysis programs sequentially and that carries out the parallel execution of the programs automatically. User programs interact with HiMach through an application programming interface, the HiMach API. Inspired by the programming interface of Google's MapReduce, the HiMach framework is designed to support general-purpose parallel analysis of very long MD trajectories.
HiMach is available without cost for both non-commercial and commercial use.
