Richard Larson works on hardware architecture, design, and implementation for Anton. He came to DESRES from SGI, where he contributed to the design of MIPS microprocessors. Over the course of his career, Richard has worked in processor research and development at Sun, LSI Logic, and Amdahl. He earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
