Cristian Predescu is involved the development of novel computational chemistry methods. He earned a Ph.D. in chemistry and an M.Sc. in applied mathematics from Brown University, and a B.Sc. in chemistry from the University of Bucharest. Prior to joining DESRES, Cristian was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, where he studied path integrals and Monte Carlo simulations. Aside from chemistry, his scientific interests include mathematics and biology.
