Hillary Green is involved with simulation studies of biological systems. Hillary graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in materials science and engineering. As an undergraduate researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, she performed molecular dynamics simulations of the melting of gold nanoparticles. Prior to joining DESRES, Hillary worked at the Naval Surface Warfare Center creating computer models for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System. In her spare time, Hillary enjoys sewing stuffed animals, cooking, and teaching math.
